Some examples of essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Maintain appearance and maintenance of the community Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance repairs in a timely and professional manner Timely completion of rent readies Execute preventative maintenance programs Maintain proper level of inventory and order maintenance supplies as needed Complete make readies in a detailed and timely manner Adhere to and comply with company safety policies and rules
Qualifications:
At least 1 year in multi-family industry EPA Certification is recommended CPO Certification is recommended Must be available to be on-call as required We offer a competitive compensations packages as well as a full benefits package.
