Residential Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:
- Complete maintenance requests in a timely fashion - Make ready apartments for leasing - Landscaping maintenance including mulching, watering, weed control, litter pick up, snow removal, etc.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance - Maintain material and supply inventory - Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary - On-call duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields - Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment - Must have basic tools and reliable transportation - Ability to handle physical workload - Deadline and detail-oriented Pioneer Property Management, Inc.
