This position is responsible for overall plant operations including interior and exterior maintenance.
Additional duties will include electrical/plumbing work, light construction, and coordinating scheduled service from outside vendors.
Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Ideal candidates will have prior maintenance/ janitorial experience.
Experience working with seniors and various state/local agencies for inspections a plus.
