Saint Charles, MO Saint Charles, MO Full-time Full-time $60,000 - $65,000 a year $60,000 - $65,000 a year 20 hours ago 20 hours ago 20 hours ago Position Summary The principal responsibilities of the Operations Specialist are to support all aspects of client success, including onboarding and integration, invoicing, returns, transportation, compliance, business processes, foundation committees, business review development, develop and manage metrics, internal systems, and continuous improvement.
Reporting to Heather Knopf, Operations Supervisor and located in our St.
Charles, MO Headquarters, the key responsibilities for the Operations Specialist are:
Responsibilities including but not limited to Function as a layer of operational support for DMF Team including Account Reps and Customer Care Lead and/or participate in client specific projects working in conjunction with internal staff and client contacts.
This includes forecasting, changes in scope of work, and system mapping.
Participate in technical and Operational execution of client onboarding and offboarding Be the subject matter expert in specific operational areas that may include:
Item Setup, Boxing/Packaging, Retail Compliance, Transportation, New Client Setup, SharePoint, Online Client Portal Identify areas of improvement and work with DM staff to discover, understand, document, and implement solutions.
Create, measure, and maintain internal and client specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Help manage and maintain the measuring of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and other metrics necessary for client success.
Expectations Be a strong leader Responsible for making day to day decisions in the best interest of DM.
Understand and support the business strategy defined by DM Fulfillment Have a strong knowledge of systems and capabilities.
Establish strong relationship with Supply Chain, IT, and FP&A Excellent Problem-Solving Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong customer service skills Be passionate about the success of the business with a customer focused mentality.
