The Property Manager position is responsible for leading and directing all community operations and motivating the community staff members to provide exceptional service and provide a high level of resident satisfaction.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
Preparation of and meeting/exceeding the annual budget regarding NOI Increase occupancy Provide leadership, hiring, training, evaluating, motivating, and supervising all on-site associates All on-site accounting functions Responsible for the physical condition and maintenance of the community Promoting and upholding all company policies Investigating and resolving tenant concerns by developing creative and cost-effective solutions Responding and reacting to emergencies timely and efficiently, while minimizing inconvenience, injury or damage to persons, equipment and/or property Coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Team by monitoring their workflow and meeting with staff to identify and resolve problems To be a strong candidate for the role of Property Manager, you will have:
Solid computer skills including MS office applications and Yardi Voyager for a conventional/market rate apartment community 5 years minimum working at a professionally managed, apartment community College degree preferred Property leasing experience, required Strong communication skills, both oral and written Outstanding interpersonal skills A strong work ethic, internal drive, and a desire to succeed Ability to multi-task and to work in a fast-paced high-performance environment An appetite for learning and a desire to build a long-term career We are an Equal Opportunity Employer who participates in E Verify!
