The children who stay with us for a day or two while their family is getting back on their feet may include children with developmental delays or autism.
Our most successful staff are natural leaders, who love that no two days are the same and understand how to motivate and nurture the kids in our care at the same time! Our Child Specialists are highly trained by Licensed Professional Counselors, Social Workers, as well as Art and Play Therapists.
Our staff voted us a top workplace for 2023! We have been caring for children for over 37 years and love that we can impact each child with the simplest of things:
a bubble bath, a hot meal, hugs, a story at bedtimethings that other children can take for granted.
This schedule for this position is Tuesday - Saturday 7am-3pm Our base rate is $16, minimum, for a HS/GED educated person who is at least 21.
We offer a premium for higher education and greater years of paid child care experience and the Saturday morning shift qualifies for differential pay! we will consider experience with those who have developmental disabilites also Annually, for each full time staff we pay $5,500 so that our health insurance with Aetna is affordable! We pay 100% of the premium for a full time staff's $30,000 life insurance, We offer 25 days of PTO for the first 12 months of employment, and it jumps to 27 after that! To allow us to estimate the highest wage for you, please highlight your child care experience on your resume! All staff must be fully vaccinated.
