NA The Assistant Property Manager position supports and assists in the management of commercial real estate.
A.
Essential Functions 1.
Provide general overall facility management services, including continuous monitoring of all owned properties 2.
Develop comprehensive annual inspection process for properties.
Assist with inspections and verify completed work 3.
Address client inquiries and concerns ensuring timely and quality issue resolution 4.
Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction 5.
Respond to all facility inquiries and complaints, assess problems, and take the necessary corrective action 6.
Remain knowledgeable regarding all operational aspects of building systems 7.
Coordinate with outside contractors for the service and repairs of equipment 8.
Maintain on-going communication with contractors, client, and team 9.
Coordinate with necessary contractors, vendors, and governmental agencies 10.
Manage all Maintenance Requests and monitor the status of assigned vendors, Schedule and document maintenance and repairs on building equipment 11.
Request, review, and submit estimates, bids, and proposals from vendors 12.
Verify final invoice pricing and process payments in a timely manner 13.
Assist in the monitoring and assessment of vendor performance 14.

Desired Qualifications 1.
1-2 years of maintenance/construction/facility coordinator experience preferred 2.
Prior experience with Property Management Software (Yardi preferred) 3.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products C.
Key Competencies -Ability to handle multiple projects / tasks and prioritize - Great people skills and a customer service attitude is a must.

Physical Requirements 1.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
