Charles, MO.
The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the property and assisting the General Manager with all facets of leasing and management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Yardi experience Property leasing experience Minimum of 3 years of experience as a assistant property manager Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Outstanding Customer Service Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure of deadlines.
Strong negotiation skills with a focus on exceeding expectations.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing paperwork and documents.
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be able to prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency.
Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
Must be able to work under pressure, with or without supervision, for extended periods of time, and in high stress, high pressure environments.
