50 per hour Paid weekly Required availability:
Tuesday-Saturday 2-11pm 2 Positions Available Floaters work in varying locations.
Days worked will remain consistent, but you must have the flexibility to adjust assigned locations as needed with little to no notice.
QUALIFICATIONS 1
Years FT experience supporting individuals with I/DD is required.
Flexibility and Reliability Kind, patient, compassionate and respectful Excellent communication skills.
Floaters are responsible for maintaining positive working relationships with all staff, clients, and guardians.
Floaters must be able to work in all homes located throughout St.
Charles and St.
Louis Counties.
High School Diploma or equivalent At least 18 years of age Drivers License, car insurance and reliable transportation Ability to pass all background checks and classes required.
CORE RESPONSIBLITIES Complete all required documentation to include medication record, daily notes, progress on client goals and outcomes, and financial transactions.
Support each individual so that s/he will feel a sense of self-determination, security, and have an opportunity to have meaningful relationships with others in their community.
Assist clients with daily life activities including personal care/hygiene, household chores, shopping, and recreational and social activities.
Provide companionship and emotional support to each individual served.
