Customer Relations Specialist

The CRS is part of the person-centered integrated care team and responsible for greeting patients as they arrive, check-in/check-out, verifying demographics and collecting co-pays, if applicableThis may include primary care, dental, behavioral health and specialist appointmentsThis position is fast-paced, requiring continuous interactions with co-workers and patientsThis is a full-time positionThe schedule is Monday-Thursday 7:

00pmo Greet patients as they arrive and stay consistent with the company's customer service philosophy o Manage consumer appointments, confirm appointments and alert patients if they need to bring any information to appointment (co-pays, past due balances, paperwork for PAP and/or sliding fee scale) o Data Entry into EHR systems o Complete financial paperwork, ensuring all required forms are completed in entirety o Verify insurance/demographic information at each visit and update if necessary o Collect co-pays, when applicable o Answer phone in polite and courteous manner o Direct phone calls and messages to appropriate office staff o Monitor waiting area to ensure timeliness of appointments o Check provider's schedule daily for additions o Receive daily reports from MIS for information needed on patients that have upcoming appointments o Balance daily batch and turns in money collected for the day to Office Supervisor or Regional Office Manager, when applicable o Disperse daily mail o Ensure lobby/waiting area is clean and picked up o Travel to other clinic sites, as needed Recommended Skills Customer Service Drive Consumer Demand Perform Demonstration Deliver Presentation Provide Personalized Support Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
