Responsibilities Makes outgoing calls, answers inbound calls and/or e-mails to provide information requested in a professional and courteous manner for resolution of inquiries.
Knowledge of procedures in auto, home claims and policy administration areas.
Provide professional, knowledgeable support to our clients by being well versed in our policies and procedures.
Have a working knowledge of the systems used to answer inquiries; Performs other job-related duties as assigned; Complete call-back's to customers in a prompt timely matter.
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to remain calm when dealing with difficult customers; Ability to learn and utilize computer systems and other technologies; Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred; Ability to manage own time while prioritizing multiple tasks; Ability to gather and analyze information in order to evaluate results and choose the best solution to the problem; Excellent customer service skills.
