You will assist clients by checking their pets in and making sure we have all of their updated information, answering questions about their accounts, setting up appointments and reservations, answering billing questions, and completing transactions.
You'll work closely with our lodging, daycare, grooming, and training staff to make sure our clients receive the quality of care we pride ourselves on.
