Job Description:
Cooks sell, prepare and serve food and beverage to guests while reporting to the Kitchen Manager.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Cooks and prepares food according to Brunswick XL specifications (methods and portions)
Prepares all food items correctly in a timely fashion
Communicates with Kitchen Manager and/or Lead Cook on changes and/or shortages
Help receive all food and supply deliveries and ensure proper rotation of new product
Follows all food prep guidelines according to Brunswick XL regulations
Maintains and organizes all refrigerators, sustaining FIFO in all refrigerator units
Stocks refrigerators and freezers on a daily basis
Operates and cleans food preparation equipment
Maintains cleanliness of kitchen and ensures hygienic conditions
Follows all HACCP guidelines
Maintains a safe work environment
Embraces S.T.A.R.T (Show Your Smile, Tell Them Hello, Act Enthusiastically, Really Care and Thank Everyone) and applies the concept to all employee and guest interactions.

Qualifications:
Experience: One year of experience as a cook in a casual dining restaurant.
Education Level: High school diploma or equivalent.
Schedule: Part-time work only. Must be available to work nights, weekends and possible holidays.
