Overview:
Work directly with telephone customers, outside labs, and other Mom3565 field personnel, departments, and customers. Work with Partner companies for research, and to resolve service and delivery issues to attain company objectives. Handle customer inquires, orders, upsell products and services, problem-solving, research, customer satisfaction, surveys, hospital personnel questions.
Responsibilities:
Establish relationships with customers by answering inquiries and/or complaints, via voice communication and e-mail/chat correspondence, regarding products and services.
Uutilize computer system to research, troubleshoot and problem-solve
Interact with field/hospital personnel and internal departments to meet customer needs.
Place customer orders, and promote and upsell products and services by assessing customer needs.
Perform administrative duties such as conducting marketing surveys and collating and addressing mail.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education/
Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Customer Service related experience.
Persistent, but courteous.
Respectful, professional, and caring attitude.
Reliable and conscientious.
Good organizational skills and work habits.
Posses a sales aptitude.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before customers over the phone.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, and oral communication.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Windows, and required to be able to type 4000-6000 ksph (25-40 wpm).
