PDS Tech is seeking a Dispatcher for an open position in St. Charles, MO.
Responsible for planning and routing sales orders into profitable delivery loads ensuring that efficient cost sequences are used.
Maximize delivery efficiencies and driver safety through proper load spreading in load creation.
Check order files for accuracy and make corrections.
Process returns for re-delivery.
Download route information to handhelds.
Communicate with sales centers.
Provide analysis of load dispatch.
Work related experience
This is a tactical Planning position that requires strong analytical and Microsoft skills.
The successful candidate must also possess problem solving and excellent communication skills.
This position may require you to submit to and pass a drug test and/or background check.
If this is a hands-on position, you may also be required to pass a safety and productivity examination.
