Summary:_
Directly oversees all outlet operations and managers. Responsible for p&l; accountability, maintains Pinnacle service standards to each and every guest and develops assistant managers for future growth.

Essential Functions:_
Interview, hire, train, and orient new team member to their job,
Evaluate and oversee job performance,
Responsible for aiding asst. managers with goal setting and development plans,
Conduct group and individual training as to Policies and Procedures, equipment, and area set up,
Set schedules and jobs duties while maintaining employee's hours for proper staffing,
Prepare documentation for labor,
Coordinate departmental functions with other departments and agencies.
Insure team member safety by providing a clean, safe, healthy environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
_Minimum
Qualifications:_
Seven (7) years foodservice experience.
Four (4) years Supervisory experience.
