Overview
The Runner is responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer. The Runner is also responsible for keeping the customer supplied with appropriate dishware, flatware, food, beverage and paper products.
Responsibilities

Always find solutions to guests' problems. Use the guest's name when appropriate. Thank the guest and invite him or her back.
Provides superior guest service, positively effects interactions with guests and team members, and has the capacity to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with team members.
May provide clean china, silverware and glassware upon request from guests.
May sets up tables with dishes, flatware, etc.
Attends to guest's needs/requests, i.e., refilling beverages, condiments.
Is attentive to the needs of guests in a polite and helpful way.
Assists wait staff with tray service as needed.
Qualifications
(Related education and experience may be interchangeable on a year for year basis)
Ability to carry and stock all necessary items and lift up to 50lb.
Ability to move effectively and efficiently throughout the areas.
Ability to stand throughout an eight-hour shift.
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and all levels of team members.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: (Licenses, Certifications, Testing, etc.):
Possession of, and ability to obtain and maintain a valid drivers and gaming license within assigned state of employment and other jurisdictions
Must successfully pass background check
Must successfully pass an alcohol and drug screening
Must be 18 years of age
